Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Content on Rails ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
Description of Service
Content on Rails is a content curation platform that provides curated insights, tool guides, newsletters, and educational resources across five verticals: AI Intelligence, Crypto, Fintech, Functional Health, and Geopolitics. The Service includes access to our website, newsletters, slide presentations, and related features.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
- Restricting access to your computer or device
- All activities that occur under your account
You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Subscriptions and Payments
Billing
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly), depending on the type of subscription plan you select.
Token System
Our Service uses a token-based billing system. Tokens are consumed when you use AI-powered features. Unused tokens roll over to the next month as long as your subscription remains active. Token packages purchased separately do not expire.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of your paid period.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Transmit any harmful, threatening, or objectionable content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Content on Rails and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our express written permission.
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with providing the Service.
